Two of the entrepreneurs shared their impactful journey of entrepreneurship. Noelle and her husband, Paudi, introduced a self-catering enterprise on their small farm, while Teresa pioneered a cheese-making enterprise on the family farm. While Nick and his family, as sheep farmers, revolutionised the industry with their agri-tech innovation- a highly successful sheep-handling crate that simplified sheep farmers’ lives.
All three entrepreneurs acknowledged the potential of the Irish support systems for entrepreneurs and innovators, as described by Barry. They also highlighted areas for improvement, underscoring the immense possibilities that could be unlocked with enhanced support.
